The Whispering Woods

Many people have walked down the path of these woods and their silent whispers drive even the sanest men mad. Some say that evil spirits haunt the dark woods while others believe the corrupted Goddess uses her mystical powers to the curse any man, woman, or child who enters the woods.

The season in the woods never change because of the Goddess’ magic seeping from Maiden’s Lake. Almost like a constant state of death, the vegetation continues to die until the curse can be lifted.
